This NSX was originally purchased by Steve Wozniak the Co-founder of Apple on August 29, 1990 from Stevens Creek Acura. Wozniak drove this car until he traded it in to Los Gatos Acura in 1991 for a Silver 1992 NSX.
The NSX was than purchased by its 2nd owner in 1991 from Los Gatos Acura and has been carefully driven and cared for it since. It has spent its entire life in Cupertino, California within 3 miles of Apple headquarters. It has always been garaged & covered. It has never been to car wash. The owner would clean it himself with Mothers wax & leather cleaner. He kept it properly maintained and made no modifications to the car. He loved the pure driving experience that the NSX delivers. We acquired the car from him & sold it to its 3rd owner in NJ to add to his sports car collection in September 2015 with 55,381 miles. He than had the car fully serviced including replacing the timing belt & water pump. He would only drive it nice weather & just for the joy of driving. With a child on the way & his need for more garage space, we are excited to offer this amazing example once more.
The paint is rich & shines as if it were new. There is no fading, scratches or peeling. There are a few very small rock chips which can only be seen at close inspection. The interior is exceptionally clean. The leather is soft and in almost perfect condition with hardly any signs of wear. The dash is perfect. The carpets & the original NSX floor mats are very clean & in great condition.
It has always been serviced properly annually. It has just undergone a major service with new belts, plugs, fluids & battery. It has recently passed California smog, safety & emissions testing.
The VIN# for this NSX is JH4NA1155MT000212 making it the 149th NSX delivered in the USA since the first 1991 NSX available for sale in the USA had serial number 000063, all lower numbers were pre-production prototypes.
